Village Hearth Cohousing is a 55+ community for LGBTQIA+ people, friends, and allies located on the northern edge of Durham, North Carolina. The self-managed neighborhood of 28 single-story, universally designed homes surrounds a large central green and a fully equipped common house, creating daily opportunities for social connection, shared meals, group activities, gardening, and low-impact exercise — all supportive of an active-aging lifestyle.
