Salvia Senior Residence - Luxury Apartment

This extremely spacious three-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples who like to enjoy comfort, has a beautiful sea view, and includes a balcony, air conditioning and TV, SOS alert and WiFi.

The Salvia Home is the first community for senior citizens in Croatia built according to the model of fourth-generation homes, which implies better integration of users and their participation in everyday activities.

The main goal of developing this housing model is to meet the need to maintain an adequate quality of life even in old age.

This luxurious home is located on the very coast of the Crikvenica coast, with a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay.

The central part of the resort is the main building, which has 77 rooms and 3 apartments: 38 single and 37 double rooms, two VIP apartments with spacious terraces and views of the island of Krk and Kvarner, and 1 double apartment. The main building houses a kitchen with a restaurant with a capacity of 80 seats, a café, three living rooms with a kitchen, physical therapy, a fitness center, a spa center with a world of saunas (infrared, Finnish, Turkish and aroma saunas) and a jacuzzi, an outpatient clinic, a library, occupational therapy, and other service rooms.

The main building is connected to three residential blocks with a total of 48 two- and three-room apartments that are connected to the central building by an SOS alarm.

The settlement also has an underground garage with a total of 54 parking spaces.

Apartments in our community can be rented or purchased. We have developed an innovative model of assisted living for our service users. The convenience of independent living has been recognized by many of our users, because in the intimacy and comfort of their own home they can use all the services that Salvia provides: from food delivery, medical and rehabilitation facilities, and organized joint activities.

The added value of this project is based on the fact that older people in our settlement will live better, more satisfied and, as expected, longer lives.

A number of cultural-entertainment and sports-recreational activities are provided within the settlement. In order to ensure active aging, a series of workshops, excursions and the like have been organized.

In addition to long-term accommodation, we also offer temporary accommodation for all those who need short-term enhanced medical care or rehabilitation.
